Carrie's Story
Carrie considers it a great privilege to be invited into people’s lives and stories and to walk alongside of them on their journey of growth and healing. She utilizes a holistic approach, which addresses the spiritual, physical, emotional, and relational aspects of each individual, and integrates evidence-based counseling practices with a faith-based perspective.
Outside of counseling, Carrie enjoys being in nature, cycling, listening to music, learning new things and exploring new places, backyard campfires, game nights, volunteering in the children’s ministry at her church, and spending time with friends, her husband of over 21 years, and their 2 teenage daughters.
