Sharon Tittl, M.Ed, LPCC
Sharon comes to Renew with 6 years of experience working in clinical and academic settings. She has experience working with an eating disorder outpatient treatment program, private practice, and on a college campus. Sharon considers it an honor to come alongside her clients in their pain and provide them with evidence-based therapy and compassionate care.
Sharon's Story
Sharon is naturally drawn to helping the emerging adulthood age group because of experiencing counseling for the first time in college herself. It was a time of growth and healing that led her to study Clinical Counseling. She graduated from Malone University in 2014 and pursued training in treating eating disorders, in both individual and group settings. She is excited to bring this specialization to Renew, along with passion for treating women and college students with other mental health concerns. Throughout her career she has also provided educational trainings on eating disorder awareness and treatment. Sharon has attended 12 hours of training focused on counseling athletes with eating disorders. She combines clinical experience working with college athletes with her own passion for gymnastics, running and yoga, to treat athletes by focusing on visualization, meditation, challenging perfectionism, creating positive body image and increasing one’s individual identity outside of sport.
Along with these specialties in therapy, she uses evidence-based trauma modalities to attend to traumatic experiences in athletes’ lives to help them excel both in and out of their sport.

When she is not working with clients Sharon enjoys both taking and teaching yoga and barre classes, hiking, napping, and spending time with her friends, husband and three children.
