Daniel Sanders

Dr. Sanders comes to Renew with vast experience both clinically and ministerially. He has served as a Christian Clinical and Counseling Psychologist for over 40 years including acting as the Chief Psychologist for the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections at the super maximum prison. He has served in many ministries both nationally and internationally including as the previous head of a Marriage and Family Ministry. He and his late wife conducted several workshops and retreats for married couples and youth. He continues to serve the body of Christ and others as an altar worker, and deacon and member of his church’s Wellness Team that sponsors and presents workshops for the church and the community.
Dr. Sanders was married for 45 years to his late wife. Together they had two adult daughters and grandchildren. He and his current wife enjoy spending time with family and serving their faith community. He credits his father for showing him the value of service and his mother for showing him the love of Jesus
